Ahead of the 63rd annual conference of the Historical Society of Nigeria (HSN) tagged “The Impact of The Military in Nigerian History Since 1960”, the HSN is leaving nothing to chance in ensuring a successful conference come October 7th.
As part of tradition, Council members of the HSN are meeting with key stakeholders to further interact and conclude necessary arrangements ahead of the conference. They are expected to pay a courtesy visit to the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam El Rufai with the President of the society, Prof. CBN Ogbogbo leading the delegation.
They have earlier had separate meetings with the Commandant of the Nigeria Defence Academy (NDA), Maj. Gen. ADeniyi Oyebade and the Provost of the academy Prof. A.S Nwankwo.
The Commandant had earlier assured the HSN of his support and commitment to ensure a hitch-free conference.
