THE ACCUSED OIL MARKETERS DECLARED WANTED BY EFCC

The EFCC on Tuesday declared two marketers, Messrs Seun Ogunbambo and Habila Theck wanted for evading trial.

The news reaching CEOAFRICA said, the two marketers were supposed to be standing trial before a Lagos High Court, Ikeja, for alleged oil subsidy fraud.

The marketers, Ogunbambo and Habila Theck, who are the Managing Director and the General Manager of Fargo petroleum and Gas Limited respectively are said to be facing charge of N976.6 million fuel subsidy frauds along with the company.

However, Ogunbambo is said to be facing separate N4.46 billion fuel subsidy fraud along with Mamman, son of former chairman of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, Ahmadu Ali, and Christian Taylor, before Justice Adeniyi Onigbanjo.

Wilson Uwujaren, the anti-graft agency’s Head, Media and Publicity, who declared them wanted on Tuesday described Ogunbambo as a fair in complexion man, speaks English and Yoruba, while Theck is fluent in English and Hausa language.

Uwujaren further divulge that Ogunbambo’s last known address is, 2 Olaniyuyan Crescent Ikoyi, Lagos while Theck’s is 89 Buck Field, Yaba, Lagos.
