The Special representative of the Chairperson of the African Union (AU) to Liberia, Ambassador Ibrahim Kamara on Monday in Monrovia, Liberia promised to support Sehwah Liberia Incorporated and the Sixth Region Diaspora Caucus (SRDC) for the First Pan African Public Library in Liberia.
Ambassador Ibrahim Kamara made this statement when a delgation of Sehwah Liberia Incorporated , the Sixth Region Diaspora Caucus(SRDC)and MD of CEOAFRICA paid a courtesy visit to him in his office at AU building, Moronvia, Liberia.
The delegation who are working on a project to establish a public library in Liberia as part of SRDC';;;s mission to help organize the diaspora for participation and membership in the African Union aims to contribute to making knowledge accessible to the public thereby creating greater possibilities for development.
On his part, Ambassador Kamara commended the initiative while also pledging his support for establishing a public library in Monrovia.
Former Liberia minister of culture, Honourable Louise Warmenwoah serves as the Director of Sehwah Liberia Incorporated.
