President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday cautioned lawmakers to behave themselves when they made several attempts to jeer him during budget presentation.

Buhari told the jeering lawmakers, most of whom are members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, that “May I remind the Hon members that the world is watching. We are supposed to be above this.”

CEOAfrica learnt that many PDP Reps kept jeering the president intermittently during the budget presentation, while their APC counterparts kept on cheering him.
