Bournemouth have registered a shocking 4-0 win over Chelsea in Wednesday's Premier League battle at the Vitality Stadium.
It was a do or die game at the opening 45 minutes, but a Josh King double and goals from David Brooks crippled the Blues, giving the Cherries one of the most famous results in their history.
Bournemouth now claims the 10th place in the standings while Chelsea sit in fifth position after dropping behind Arsenal on goal difference.
Both teams started radiantly on the South coast, but the Maurizio Sarri’s led team began to establish some control and came agonizingly close to taking the lead in the seventh minute when Artur Boruc somehow managed to tip Mateo Kovacic's header from close range onto the crossbar.
The battle was finally settled after 6mins added time.
