From Benghazi in Libya, CEOAFRICA.com gathered that a presenter working with a leading television station in Libya has been shot dead by yet to be identified gunmen.

Sources revealed that Ezzedine Qusad was shot dead in his car shortly after leaving prayers at a mosque on Friday afternoon.  

This sad event compounded Benghazi’s instability. Just last month, 1,200 prisoners escaped from a jail in the city.

Investigations are underway to unravel the mysteries surrounding the death of Qusad.
