Residents turned out en masse at different polling units across Ibadan the Oyo state capital.

As early as, INEC officials and voters were seen gathered in different polling units visit to exercise their civic duties.

Voters were seen in queues in large numbers waiting patiently to cast their votes.

Absolute peace was also observed across the city of Ibadan with security agencies strategically positioned along identified spots.
