The Difference is Clear: Batch B corps members gives testimony about Chrisland University

The Batch B stream 2 corps members posted to Chrisland University, Abeokuta, Ogun State for the one-year compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has on Thursday 25th July, 2019 passed out amidst memorable testimonies about the institution.

The corps members testimonies were shared when they paid a goodbye visit to the office of the Vice Chancellor of the institution, Professor Chinedum Peace Babalola.

One of the corps members, (An Engineer) who served in the Library as a Relief Staff and was finally remained in the Library said “The Library is well stocked with physical and e-resources. I was overwhelmed by the resources and learnt how to use the library and assisted students in downloading information onto their phones and laptops. All resources needed are available in the institution”.

Another corps member said “I was shocked and excited to see and use ICAN packs in the library while I prepared for my ICAN exams”.

The corps members in affirmation, said the laboratories in Chrisland University are well equipped even better than some of the topmost rated Universities in the country.

Speaking further, some said that most of what they have learnt as theory in their respective Universities, they saw and handled them live in Chrisland University in the course of their service year.

Some of the corps members who desired to stay back at Chrisland University described the staff of the institution as knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging people to work with.

While appreciating the Corps members in return for their services, positive contributions to the University, the Vice Chancellor said “These set of corps members came in when the University was preparing for NUC accreditation and they contributed immensely to the 100% success of the institution”.

The corps members were however given the University souvenirs as memoir .
