There is a large turnout of voters in Okene, the headquarters of Kogi Central, at the on-going Kogi State Governorship election.

CEOAFRICA gathered that voters started trooping out as early as 6 am and there are orderliness in other polling stations visited.

At St Andrew polling units 004 and 005, Lafia Obessa ward, Okene, security men were on ground to ensure peaceful elections.
