In line with the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Francophonie , the Alliance Francaise, Ibadan has oganised a one week long event
The 2020 Francophonie Week which started on the 16th with a press conferenc will end on the 20th March, 2020..
The president of Alliance Francaise,and the Director of the Vale College, Mrs Funso Adegbola while delivering the opening speech stated that the FRANCOPHONIE WEEK is a yearly ceremony but this year 2020 will be celebrated in a special way.
She noted that the celebration takes place virtually every where French language is spoken.
She further disclosed that there will be several events throughout the week, there will be exhibition, competition from children in different categories in French, beginning from Tuesday to Thursday, and the Grand Finale comes up on Friday.
