Nigeria’s foremost brewer, Nigerian Breweries Plc has donated the sum of twenty million naira (20,000,000.00) to Oyo State government as part of its  efforts to support the fight against COVID-19.

The donations which comprises of N20m Cheque, Hand sanitizers and 60 pack of Drinks were presented to the commissioner of finance, Hon. Akinola Ojo on Thursday, 23th of April 2020, at the state secretariat, Agodi Ibadan.

Speaking on the donation, the manager, Nigerian Breweries Ibadan and Ijebu, Tayo Ogundna, stated that the reason for the donation is to assist the state government to fight the coronavirus revenging the country.

He equally commended the state government led by His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for its efforts towards the fight of COVID-19.
