The remains of former senator, Buruji Kashamu which arrived from Lagos on Saturday night in Ogun have been buried in the afternoon of today at his Ijebu-Igbo home.

The Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, was earlier at the Ijebu-Igbo home of the deceased politician before the of the multitude of sympathizers and loyalists of the late Senator representing Ogun East Senatorial District between 2015 and 2019, crowded Kashamu’s home in Ijebu-Igbo.

Sympathizers from various phases of the religious sects and political party affiliations were all available to bid the late politician who died on Saturday, due to COVID-19-related complications at the age of 62 farewells.

However, the late senator was described by many residents who spoke with newsmen as a philanthropist whose contributions to humanity could not be measured.
