As Nigeria celebrates her 60th independence anniversary, Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipo, the shepherd in charge of Genesis global has urged Nigerian youths to prepare ahead for the future.
In his message to Nigerians, at the event organized to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Nigeria, Prophet Isreal challenged the youths to wake up from their slumber, noting that the future lies in their hands.
“If you want to change the story, you need determination, if you want to change the story, you need information and education, and that is why we are talking about Nigeria at 60,”he said.
Speaking on the theme of the event “StandOut”, the cleric noted 20 ways to stand out in all ramifications.
They include: Avoid people who place value on you on what they get from you don't give upon what you believe, challenge the way you think, among others. According to him, it takes dedication, commitment and hard work to attain success.
“Success is not easy, it only takes the grace of God through prayer and hardwork”, he stated.
He, however charged Nigerians to desist from complaining and lamenting about the country, while he emphasized that the country should not be blamed but the people.
"Life is most difficult examination nobody wins by chance, but by hardwork," the cleric added.
