The Honourable Minister of State, FCT, Oloye Jumoke Akinjide has condoled Senator Rasheed Ladoja, former governor of Oyo State over the death of his beloved mother Alhaja Alimotu Ladoja, in a statement signed by her media aide Ayodeji Adeyemi.

Oloye Jumoke Akinjide urged Senator Ladoja and the entire family to take solace in the fact that their matriarch lived a long and exemplary life. "I am sure that Senator Ladoja's mother played a crucial role in his success, both in his business endeavours and political career. We are grateful to God that mama lived long to witness and enjoy the fruits of her labour. She will no doubt be greatly missed, and my prayer is that God will grant her eternal rest and comfort her family."
