CDCFIB announces date of computer-based test for recruitment into NIS, NSCDC

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Service Board, has announced the dates for the computer-based test for recruitment into Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) as the 7th of December 2020 and the 8th of December 2020, respectively.

The board also made known in its press release that candidates are expected to check their email addresses and phone lines for a notification disclosing their assigned venue (CBAT centres) for the exams from 6pm, 1st of December, 2020.

The press release stated; “All shortlisted candidates have also been assigned CBAT centres and are to report to the centres at the times indicated against their names to sit for the Test.

“Accordingly, candidates who applied for NIS are to visit https://immigrationrecruitment.org.ng while those who applied for NSCDC and subsequently updated their educational records are to visit https://cdfipb.careers to print individual letters of invitation.”

While candidates were asked to bring along photocopy of Online Application Reference Form, a bona fide means of identification, and a face mask, the board also warned that candidates will not have access to any centre or session order than the one allotted to them.

The board also warned candidates against notifications received outside of their submitted email addresses and phone numbers, including forwarded messages.
