Lagos State Government has call on the workers in the Ministries, Departments and Agencies to go all-out in stepping up their services to the state.

CEOAFRICA news correspond gathered this statement from the words of the Director-General, Public Service Staff Development Centre, Mrs. Olubunmi Fabamwo during the opening of the Customer Service Orientation and Service Charter Implementation workshop at Magodo, Ikeja.

She noted the need for service delivery improvement as one of the critical factors in sustaining organizational growth and profitability in view of the rapidly changing business environment which demands continuous quality product and services.

Speaking to the participant at the event, Mrs. Fabamwo highlighted that good conduct and competence is required of every worker for quality output, urging them to imbibe the lessons of the event to achieve improved customer service delivery.
