A survey conducted by Infotrak Research and Consulting has revealed that Nigerians are more concerned about hunger, insecurity, poverty unemployment and inflation than the sting of corona virus.

The survey reveals that “only 7 percent of respondents worry over COVID-19, 16 percent show worry over insecurity and crime, 14 percent fear unemployment, 13 percent express concern for high cost of living, while 12 percent show worry over poverty.”
The poll also states that “25 percent of Nigerians are of the mind that the economy will get worse this year, while 18 percent indicate insecurity will worsen.”
According to Infotrak, the survey was carried out on 26 states across the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria.
