Chairman of the Angola Bar Association (OAA), Hermenegildo Cachimbombo disclosed that six people have been indicted in the country for alleged illegal practice of law, CEOAFRICA.com gathered from Luanda.

Speaking at a press conference organized to announce the forth-coming National Conference of Lawyers holding in September, Cachimbombo said only those registered with the OAA and holders of the professional licence are allowed to practice law in Angola. Those six did not register with OAA.

He then appealed for cooperation in denouncing cases of false pretence involving illegal practicing of law.

The 4th National Conference of Lawyers holds between September 19-20 at Central Huambo District.
