FCAH&PT Extension Services visits two adopted secondary schools in Ibadan

Friday, 2nd July 2021: The  Extension Services of the Federal College of Animal Health & Production Technology, (FCAH&PT), Moor Plantation, Ibadan, Oyo State on Thursday visited two schools among its adopted schools as part of the activities  of  Agricultural Research Outreach Centres, (AROC).

The schools visited included All Saints College and Urban Day Grammar School, Ring Road, Ibadan in Oyo state.

The College Extension Services  team was received with enthusiasm by the students and teachers in the school.

The Director of Extension Services, Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology Ibadan, Dr Grace Oyinlola Alonge, used the opportunities of the visit to educate students on what the extension services of the College stands for and the importance of according agriculture, the pride of place in the nation’s secondary schools.

The Principal of both Urban Day Grammar School and All Saints College in Ibadan showered encomium on the Federal College of Animal Health & Production Technology, Ibadan for touching and impacting on lives through the visit, which they said would forever be in their memory.

The students were highly motivated towards agriculture and teachers were receptive and coordinated activities very well. The school management also appreciated the team for the visit and the Federal College of Animal Health & Production Technology for the initiative.
