BREAKING: Southern Govs fix September 21st as deadline for implementation of anti-open grazing law

Monday- 5th July, 2021: September 21, 2021 has been fixed as the deadline for the promulgation of anti-open grazing law among its member states, Southern Governors have agreed.
The Governors jointly agreed on the date during their meeting on Monday in Lagos.
