Mammoth crowd as Buhari inaugurates projects in Imo

THURSDAY: 9th September, 2021: Mammoth crowd were on ground to receive President Muhammadu Buhari during his one-day working visit to Imo State on Thursday, despite the heavy presence of security operatives in every part of Owerri, the Imo State capital.

CEOAFRICA correspondent gathered that Buhari has already commissioned projects such as Egbeada Bypass, Nekede Road, Balloon drainage system, and New Exco Chamber and Lounge in the State.

Present at the event were Governor of Ebonyi State, Dave Umahi, and Abia State Deputy Governor,Rt. Hon. Sir, Ude Oko Chukwu.

Buhari, speaking at the commissioning of the Egbeada Bypass at Owerri North Local Government Area, commended Governor Hope Uzodinma.

The President said all the projects commissioned are in line with his administration policy will boost economic activities in the State and ease traffic congestion.
