A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirant in Oyo State, Mr Seyi Makinde, will today commission the newly renovated Ibadan House which he single-handedly financed to luxury standard.

According to a release signed by his personal assistant, Alhaji Akeem Azeez, Makinde would also unveil the 2014 Ibadan Festival logo and lightening of festival torch.

The aspirant would also serve as the chairman on the occasion, while High Chief Abiodun Kola Daisi will be the special guest.

The President-General of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes, Chief Bayo Oyero, is the chief host, while the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Samuel Odulana, is the royal father of the day.
