FRIDAY- 19th November, 2021: The management, staff and student of Sacred Heart Private School in Onireke, Ibadan, today held its annual harvest and thanksgiving ceremony in style.
The occasion which took place in the school compound had in attendance parents, teachers, students and well wishers of the school.
Notably of the activities that took place at the event were the harvest and thanksgiving by each classes and sections of the school, which was followed by that of the headmistress.
Other activities that followed were the bazaar and donations, notably of which was the donation of the Chairman of the day, Mr Cletus Ilobanafor, who gave a financial donation to support the school.
Headmistress of the school, Rev. Sis. Christiana, was full of thanks and appreciation to all the well wishers and parents who were present at the occasion and prayed for Gods continuous guidance over them.
The presiding priest of the day Rev.Fr. Joseph Asunde also noted the importance of harvest and giving thanks.
Sacred Heart Private School, Onireke, Ibadan Oyo, is a private school established by Catholic Archdiocese of Ibadan. It was established on 23rd of September, 1963 to carter for the upbringing of both the rich and poor children education.
