Despite the warning from the Ebonyi State Government, residents have deserted their shops and road following the sit-at-home order by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Recall that the separatist organinsation had declared January 18 the day that their leader, Nnamdi Kanu will be going to court as sit-at-home.

Checks by CEOAFRICA showed that the markets, shops, roads and other places were locked as residents are scared to come out to do their businesses.
