Inuwa Abdulkadir, whose sack was ratified few hours ago, was directed to hand over affairs at the ministry to the permanent secretary with immediate effect.

Meanwhile, President (Dr.) Goodluck Ebele Jonathan expressed his appreciation to the erstwhile minister for his contribution to the development of Nigeria while in office and wished him success in his future endeavours.
