As part of the efforts and goals of the Provost, Dr. Adekoya Owosibo of Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology (FCAH&PT), Moor Plantation, Ibadan; to promote optimum results among employees, a 3-Day Executive Management Retreat was organised in collaboration with Human Resource Consultancy organization.

Speaking at the training was the College Provost, Dr. Adekoya Owosibo, who enjoined the Management Team to reciprocate the Federal Government gesture of the training by effectively putting the training in practice.

In his word during the training workshop, “I call on all members present in this training to pass the legacy to other officers in the college because I cannot do it alone,” he admonished.

The training programme theme: Managing Government Employees for Optimum Results, which lasted for 3 Days started on March 1st to 3rd at Mount Carmel Resort Centre, Ifewara, Osun State, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
