Photo News: Former ACPN National Chairman, Dr Adekola buries mother with pomp and pageantry

It was indeed a blend of tears, encomium and fanfare on Saturday, May 14th, 2022, as Dr. Samuel Adekola, the immediate past National Chairman of the Association of Community Pharmacist of Nigeria (ACPN), buries his mother, Mama Victoria Ajayi Adekola.
Mama Ajayi Adekola, breathed her last breath on Tuesday, March 2022 at her residence in Supare Akoko, Ondo State. She was aged 78. She survived by brothers, sisters, son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren.
The burial rites began with an Evangelical outreach, Free Medical outreach and Commendation Service which started from 10th to 12th of May at Supare, Akoko Motor Park in Akure.
While the Christian Wake-keep was held on May 13th at Mama’s compound, Egbeda Supare Akoko. The Funeral Service took place on May 14th at Supare Ultra Modern Town Hall, which follows the Interment, Reception and Entertainment of guests at St. James’s Anglican Primary School field in Akoko South West Local Government Area in Ondo State, Nigeria.
The burial was attended by people from all works of lfe -intellectuals and personalities, including friends and associates of her son, Dr. Samuel Adekola.
Mama was described as mother in a million, a true lover of Christ and a prayer warrior who will be missed by many.
