President Muhammadu Buhari has condemned in totality the  incessant killings in the South eastern region of the country.
Buhari also condemned the "barbarous and wanton" killings in the country.
The President, in a tweet shared on his verified handle this afternoon, said the perpetrators of these killings should expect tough responses from security agents.
His Tweet Reads; ''I strongly condemn the wild, barbarous and wanton killings of innocent people in the South-East, as well as in other parts of Nigeria. The perpetrators of these deeply distressing attacks should expect the toughest possible response from the security forces.''
