A suspected thief has miraclously escaped being lynched after angry residents descended on him heavily for allegedly stealing a laptop and plasma TV in Delta State.
According to Sapele Times, the suspect was caught at Olayemi street, close to Old Eku Road in Amukpe area of Sapele on Tuesday, June 21.
The suspect got more than he bargained for as he was mercilessly beaten by residents.
