Farmers across the Country have expressed their willingness to venture into the opportunities in Cassava and Maize value chain as proposed by the Presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
The farmers, under the sponsorship of Asiwaju Farmers Forum, made this known on Tuesday in Abuja.
The Group noted that they are ready to venture into the abundant opportunities in staples such as Cassava and Maize as Tinubu has assured to invest massively in the entire Agriculture value chain if elected President in 2023.
The Chairman and National Coordinator, Nigerian Farmers Group and Cooperative Society (NFGCS), Retson Tedheke, noted that there must be a different approach to address the Economic challenge for Nigeria to work.
