The Chief Press Secretary to Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, Mr. Taiwo Adisa, has reacted to the viral report which stated that the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr Peter Obi, on Tuesday 13th September, 2022, paid a courtesy visit to the Governor.
It was reported in various online media that Peter Obi, who is the Pro-Chancellor of Dominican University, Ibadan, Oyo state, led other team members of the university on a courtesy visit to the governor.
However, in a chat with CEOAFRICA, Mr. Adisa said the viral report is untrue.
“It is untrue. Mr Peter obi didn’t visit Governor Makinde on Tuesday,” he said.
In confirmation, CEOAFRICA has observed that the pictures attached to the viral report are pictures taken previously, when Peter Obi visited the governor with the Governing Board of Dominican University.
