The Super Eagles Head Coach, Jose Peseiro has handed late call-ups to Godwin Saviour and Ebube Duru for the team’s friendly against Algeria.
This as a result of the injuries of Ahmed Musa, Samuel Chukwueze and Emmanuel Dennis, which compelled Peseiro to hand late invitations to Saviour and Duru.
Dennis was invited as a replacement for Henry Onyekuru but he will now miss out of the game.
Saviour plays for Portuguese SuperLiga club Casa Pia, as a forward and has represented Nigeria at the U-17, U-20 and U-23 levels.
Duru, who plays for Nigeria Professional Football League champions, Rivers United has been handed his maiden call-up to the Super Eagles.
The left-back was part of the Rivers United side, that lost 1-0 to Watanga FC of Liberia, in a CAF Champions League fixture on Sunday.
