Some travellers have been kidnapped by suspected bandits, who allegedly blocked the Kachia highway in Tashan-Iche village, Chikun local government area of Kaduna State on Wednesday.
One of the travellers who managed to escape, Shuaibu Eneojo during an interview with Newsmen said that the bandits attacked tha motorists around 7:00am and kidnapped some people travelling the route at the time
Eneojo said most workers going to Kajuru returned home following the road blockage.
Kaduna Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Mohammed Jalige,is yet to confirmed the alleged attack.
