President Muhammadu Buhari has said that the Nation’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew by 3.5 percent in the first quarter of 2022.
Buhari disclosed this during the 2023 Appropriation Bill presentation, before a joint session in the National Assembly, on Friday, in Abuja.
The President said that the Government will continue to work for higher growth so that Nigerians will feel the impact of growth.
Buhari further noted that while unemployment and under employment has remain high, the government is implementing some measures to ensure that Nigerian youths are employable.
