The Senate has commenced debate on the general principles of the N20.51trn Appropriation Bill for the 2023 fiscal year.
The consideration by the Upper Chamber followed a lead debate on the proposed fiscal document by the Senate Leader, Senator Ibrahim Gobir, at plenary.
