The Director-General of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Presidential campaign Organisation, Aminu Tambuwal, has said the campaign train is going as planned.
Tambuwal in a Statement by his spokesperson, Mohammed Bello, refuted the rumours and speculation that the party has suspended his Presidential campaign.
The Sokoto State Governor said the suspension is 'fake news’ and the Presidential campaign continues in Kaduna on Monday.
He said; ‘’The campaign train is continuing, by the grace of God on Monday in Kaduna.”
Tambuwal noted that PDP is a strong opponent and other parties are in jittery of its popularity.
“None of them have composed their campaign councils, not to even talk of starting. They are trying to throw spammer at our works.”
“We shall do better for Nigeria; we hope we are able to convince Nigerians to vote for Abubakar/Okowa come February 2023”, the statement added.
