Nigerian Youths have been advised to take interest in self-employment through entrepreneurship to abate the level of unemployment in the country.
CEOAFRICA news correspondent gathered this statement from the views of Albert Ilemobade, President/CEO, Upline Resources Foundation; Dayo Adeyeye, the Former chairman, SUBEB Ekiti State, and Professor Taiwo Akinnawo, Author/Publisher and Managing Director of African Consulting Professional Ltd, during a book launch.
Ilemobade commented that the young people are the next generation of potentially productive economic actors of the country but have become a threat to the socio-economic peace and stability due to the burgeoning unemployment cases in the country.
He however suggested that Nigeria should develope viable emergency preparatory and response plan to respond to emergencies in many areas crying for action, stressing that proactive majors is critical in combating crisis.
