A Federal High Court sitting in Damaturu, Yobe State, on Wednesday, cancelled two primariy elections conducted by the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the state House of Assembly.
The presiding Judge, Justice Fadima Aminu, while delivering the judgement ordered APC to conduct fresh primary elections for the affected positions within 14 days.
Justice Aminu also warned the party not to temper with the list of the authentic delegates sent to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The affected constituencies are Fika/Ngalfa and Jaskusko.
