The Labour Party (LP) is set to unveil its National Campaign Council and kick start the presidential campaign of its flag bearer, Mr. Peter Obi and his running mate, Senator Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, today, in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Director General, Obi Datti Presidential Campaign Council, Dr Doyin Okupe, made available to CEOAFRICA on Saturday (today).
Okupe said the mega rally which starts today will be held in all 36 States and FCT, Abuja.
He said; ‘’Good news! We inaugurating our National Campaign Council today, and the Obi Datti Presidential Campaign officially kicks off today with mega rallies in all 36 states and FCT, Abuja.’’
‘’I am happy to announce to you that our much-awaited nationwide campaign rallies flag-off will take place today, Saturday, October 29, 2022. We are still kicking off with an Obi Datti Mega Rally in Lafia, Nasarawa State.’’
