The Russian Government has said Moscow’s ties with Washington will remain at rock bottom regardless of the results of US midterm elections, with the relations at a historic low level due to the conflict in Ukraine.
Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov disclosed this during an interview with Newmen.
He said; “These elections won’t have any significant impact.”
“Our existing ties are bad and they will remain bad.”
