The Labour Party (LP) on Wednesday has expressed delight in the massive turnout of its supporters at the presidential campaign rally held in Ibadan, Oyo State.
CEOAFRICA had earlier reported that thousands of supporters of the Labour Party (LP) Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, flooded the campaign rally held at the Lekan Salami Stadium (Adamasingba Stadium), Ibadan, to drum support for the former Anambra Governor and his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed.
Reacting to the mammoth crowd at the rally, Labour Party, in a tweet on its official Twitter page, said that such crowd had never been seen before.
The tweet reads; “@NgLabour Never seen before crowed welcomes @PeterObi to Ibadan.’’
“@NgLabour shock APC in the South-West today to their very foundation. A new Nigeria Is Possible. Vote Labour Party. #PeterObiForPresident2023.”
