A former lawmaker, Shehu Sani, has frowned at the attitude of the Federal Government towards the family of the late Selimota Idowu who died in a train accident.
Sani in a tweet on Tuesday disclosed that the FG had yet to pay a condolence visit to the family.
It was reported last week that an Abuja-bound train crushed the Principal Accountant of the Nigerian Television Authority Channel five, Abuja, Selimota Idowu, to death after the train rammed into her car.
Our correspondent who visited the Chikakore Community on Tuesday discovered that Sani also visited the community as well.
His tweet read; “Selimat Idowu was crushed to death by the Kaduna-Abuja Train. No visit or condolence by the Ministry of Transportation, none by the Ministry of the Federal Capital Territory, none by the Nigerian Railway Corporation, none by the FG, none by the FCT elected officials.”
