A susupect  member of al-Qaeda terrorist Organisation, Lawal Babafemi, has under the Federal Government initiated extradition proceedings been odered to be transfered to U.S to answer terrorism charges.

CEOAFRICA news desk gathered this to be in line with the ruling of a Federal High court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday.

Justice Ahmed Mohammed, a Justice of the High Court which gave the ruling, ordered that the suspect should be handed over to the U.S. government on or before the expiration of 15 days.

It added that all the documents in relation to the suit in the local court plus the charges filed by the Federal Government and other material evidence against the suspect must be transferred along with him.
