The former governor of Oyo State and also the National Chairman of Accord Party, Sen. Rasheed Ladoja has declared his intention at the party primaries yesterday 8th December 2014 as the party candidate for 2015 gubernatorial election under the umbrella of Accord party at the Accord party house Samonda Ibadan.

According to Sen. Ladoja in his address, appreciates the party members for their usual cooperation and support, he prayed that their efforts will never be in vain."

 We have all that is required of us, all we need to do is to annex it, everybody knows we are the party to win, we are sure of victory come 2015" he said.

He therefore advised the party members not to be weary or tired of campaigning, "we must campaign so as to make our party publicity stronger" he advised.

 He implore them to be vigilant anywhere they find themselves.

 "Oke-ogun was our problem in 2011, but I am proud to say we have them now on our side, our party is sure of victory because the incumbent governor has disappointed the people, Umbrella is gone too, the party is disintegrating, but Accord is waxing stronger everyday" Arch. Bashir Lawal, chairman Accord Party said.

In an interview with the party Chairman, he described Accord party as the first choice of the people, "our party is not violent and that is why we have been accepted by the public", he said.

 The party chairman implores everybody to vote right when the time comes for a better Oyo state.
