Former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili, shared a cryptic post on her Twitter handle on Wednesday February 3. She wrote;

“Certificate that will be returned.”

This comes hours after INEC issued certificates of return to President-elect Bola Tinubu and Vice President-Elect Kashim Shettima in Abuja on Wednesday, March 1.
