The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), has expressed gratitude to the former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, for what he called “quiet time with the former president”.

His appreciation is contained in a signed tweet posted on his verified Twitter page on Sunday.

The tweet read, “I am very grateful for the quiet time with the former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo at the Anambra airport yesterday. We exchanged views on the state of play and state of the nation. -PO

This comes after they attended the one-year celebration of Governor Charles Soludo in office.
