The Nigeria Police Force and the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) have pledged free-flow of traffic on the Apapa-Oshodi Expressway ahead of the visit of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye to the corporate headquarters of Vanguard Media Limited, Apapa on Thursday.

The leadership of the Vanguard Media Christian Fellowship in alliance with the management of the company have secured the assurances of all security forces in the state to maintain law and order before, during and after Pastor Adeboye’s visit.

The Police in Lagos, the Nigerian Navy, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency (LASTMA) and other relevant security agencies in the area have been mobilized and have given their commitment to deploy personnel to clear the traffic in the area.

The perennial traffic gridlock on the Apapa-Oshodi Expressway as a result activities of tank farms along that axis has been a source of concern to motorists, but the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Kayode Aderanti has already deployed men to arrest the situation in readiness for the programme.

The Policemen will co-operate with a detachment of naval personnel as well as LASTMA officials to create a window for the guests expected during the end-of-year Thanksgiving service scheduled for Thursday at 11.00 a.m.

Pastor Adeboye is expected to speak on the theme, “Divine Success and Prophetic Breakthrough” with inspiration from II Chronicles 20:20 and pray for the management and staff of the company.
