CEOAFRICA.com gathered from Kenya that the boss of the police commission, who vowed to reform the service, was presented with “special” gift of a severed head and two hands.

Sources disclosed that a box which contained the above-mentioned items also had a message which reads; “Kavulundi, you are next”.

The box, according to reports, was covered in yellow polythene and was deposited in a flower bed outside the National Police Service Commission offices in the central of the capital, Nairobi.

The Police, who were alerted about two hours after the box was discovered, have interpreted the statement found in the box as death threat to the life of Mr. Johnston Kavulundi.

Nairobi Police Chief, Benson Kibui, who spoke shortly after the incident, linked the head to the previous discovery of an upper part of human body on a farm outside the city.

Meanwhile, investigation is currently ongoing regarding the incident
