The Executive Director, Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology, Ibadan, Dr Adekoya Owosibo has congratulated Muslims in Nigeria and beyond on this year’s Eid-el-Maulud celebration.

He noted that the management and staff of FCAHPTIB rejoiced with all the Muslim brothers and sisters on this very occasion of the remembrance of the birth of Prophet Muhammad.

In a statement on Wednesday, the ED said beyond celebrating the day marking the birthday of the Holy Prophet, the period should be used an opportunity for sober reflections on the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad which centered on peace and oneness of God.

Owosibo urged the faithful to also use this opportunity to pray for Nigeria and her leaders.
