Chrisland University, located in Abeokuta, Ogun State will on Tuesday, 31^st October, 2023, hold its 5^th Convocation Ceremony for year 2023 graduating students of the institution.

The 3-day ceremony which will hold at the University’s Auditorium will run between 30th October to 1^st November will also have a convocation lecture to be delivered by Prof Toyin Falola, an African Historian, Jacob and Sanger Mossiker Chair Professor, Humanities Professor at the University of Texas at Austin.

The theme of the lecture is “Science and Values”.

The 5^th Convocation lecture will hold today, Monday, 30^th October, 2023 at the University Auditorium. Time is 12.00noon.

The ceremony will also feature Awards of First Degrees and presentation of prices as well.

On Wednesday, 1^st Nov, 2023, there will be a thanksgiving mass holding at the University Auditorium. The preacher is Rt Rev Collins Olufemi Babalola, the Diocesan bishop of Ajayi Crowther, Church of Nigeria. (Anglican Communion) Iseyin, Oyo State.

Chrisland University, Ogun State is one of the fast growing universities in Nigeria. It was established in 2015, and the University was granted full operational license to operate as a private university in Nigeria, in year 2019 by the Federal Republic of Nigeria’s National Universities Commission.
